SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Treat your guests to intermittent live guest musical performances that will give them goosebumps by letting MJ himself perform for your listening pleasure, taking you on a trip through time as he masterfully covers Pop, Soul and various other music genre classics in a style you're sure to absolutely love. Your event guests will definitely be raving about it for months afterward! FOR: * Venue Entertainment (Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, Nightclubs, Hotels, Cruise Ships, etc.) * Markets, Fairs & Festivals (Farmers', Makers', Flea, etc.) * Corporate Events (Meetups, Exhibitions, Conferences, etc.) INCLUDES: * SECURE THE TALENT with your choice of 1-3 modular performance segments (performing 1-3 songs per segment) by MJ, himself who will arrive between 1-3 hours before your event time to load in, set up and perform soundcheck before your event begins. * CUSTOMIZE YOUR SHOW with effortless consultations with your Talent, so that the musical acts best align with your particular brand or event theme. (ie., birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, corporate, etc.). * SPREAD THE LOVE! You can choose whether you want the whole performance session in 1 singular act or broken down into multiple shorter acts spaced throughout your event. * DARE TO "GO BIG" with our affordable add-ons (e.g., additional promotional materials, performance hours, equipment, performers, production crew, custom programming/announcements, serial performances, vending exhibits, distance and/or lodging consideration, etc.). PRODUCE YOUR OWN VARIETY SHO SERIES by arranging to have us back annually, quarterly, monthly or even weekly and save 30% YOU WILL NEED: * 10'x10'x10' minimum performance space w/ barrier * Electricity * Internet/Wi-Fi connection (Optional) * P.A. system w/ microphones (Optional) * Stage Lighting (Optional) * A representative to be reception and liaison to the Talent * Secure nearby parking Afternoon and evening timeslots available. Local (B'ham, AL and surrounding areas) only unless with paid distance and/or lodging add-on(s). NOTE: Service's list price is base minimum depending on the scope of the project, amount of add-ons and other discussed factors. 50% deposit due no later than 2 weeks from the event date, and the 50% balance on the date of the event, before load-in. TERMS & CONDITIONS
APPEARANCE/ENTERTAINMENT/ACTIVITY SERVICE SESSIONS 1. Payment Terms: The Client shall pay the Entertainer's fee in full prior to the scheduled performance date. Payments are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Entertainer reserves the right to retain the full payment as liquidated damages. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled performance date. 3. Safety and Liability: The Entertainer shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the Client, guests, or third parties during the performance. The Client shall ensure a safe and secure environment for the Entertainer and his equipment. 4. Equipment and Vehicle: The Entertainer's equipment and vehicle are essential to the performance. The Client shall not be liable for any damages or losses to the equipment or vehicle, unless caused by the Client's negligence or willful misconduct. 5. Travel and Accommodation: The Client shall reimburse the Entertainer for reasonable travel and accommodation expenses, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6. Performance Details: The Entertainer reserves the right to modify the performance details, including the schedule, content, and duration, due to unforeseen circumstances. 7. Intellectual Property: The Entertainer retains all intellectual property rights to his performances, including music, choreography, and other creative elements. 8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that particular State/Country. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration. 9. Entire Agreement/Acknowledgement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Entertainer and the Client. By paying for the performance, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
