Don't worry. Now that you've got your very own media producer, everything's gonna be okay! YOU GET... * A customized HQ audio asset in mp3 and .wav format with up to a 1 minute max runtime. * Consultation and session opportunities to fully share your vision so we can accurately fulfill your sonic needs. * Prototype "demo" mock-up plus 2 revisions to apply any additional production notes and approval * Total and outright ownership of the final audio * Licensing and ownership plans for special recorded multiples/series work(s like songs, albums, stories, audiobooks, podcasts, mixsets, etc.) * Discount eligibility for series work or retainership Make contact to schedule a free consultation to see if this particular service makes sense for you. TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRIVATE TUTORING SESSIONS These Terms and Conditions provide a comprehensive framework for the Tutor-Client relationship, outlining payment terms, cancellation policies, and liability. 1. Payment Terms: The Client shall pay the Tutor's fee in full prior to the commencement of each lesson term. Payments are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: The Client understands that the Tutor's time is valuable. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the Client forfeiting the lesson fee. The Tutor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. 3. Attendance and Punctuality: The Client is expected to arrive on time for lessons. The Tutor reserves the right to end a lesson early if the Client arrives more than 15 minutes late. The Client will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling in such cases. 4. Safety and Liability: The Client acknowledges that they are entering the Tutor's space at their own risk. The Tutor shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the Client while on the Tutor's premises. 5. Missing Persons: In the unlikely event that the Client goes missing during or after a lesson, the Tutor shall not be held responsible. The Client's emergency contact details will be used to notify relevant parties. 6. Intellectual Property: The Tutor retains all intellectual property rights to any materials provided to the Client during lessons. 7. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that particular State/Country. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration. 8. Entire Agreement/Acknowledgement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Tutor and the Client. By paying for lessons, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
