Let MJ make you a star! Treat your guests to an unexpectedly fantastic time by letting them take the spotlight and sing their favorite jams. MJ both hosts and performs as well. Who will win the coveted prize at the end? No one knows, but they'll definitely be raving about it for months afterward! FOR: * Friends & Family Occasions (Birthdays, Reunions, Pre-Wedding, Anniversaries, etc.) * Corporate Events (Meetups, Exhibitions, Conferences, etc.) * Venue Entertainment (Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, Nightclubs, Hotels, Cruise Ships, etc.) INCLUDES: * TAKE CONTROL with your choice of a 2 or 3 hour modular karaoke session by an approved local representative who will arrive between 1-3 hours before your event time to load in, set up and perform soundcheck before your event begins. * SET THE MOOD with our passive LED lighting (best during evenings if outdoors) that creates a spectacular stage-like environment to perform in. * CUSTOMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE with effortless consultations with your Host, so that the music breaks best align with your particular brand or event theme. (ie., birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, corporate, etc.). * ENJOY A WIN! One of your performing guests will receive a complimentary trophy, certificate or prize at the session's conclusion for the most outstanding performance. * DARE TO "GO BIG" with our affordable add-ons (e.g., additional promotional materials, performance hours, equipment, performers, crew, custom programming/announcements, serial performances, vending exhibits, distance and/or lodging consideration, etc.). YOU WILL NEED: * A public venue/space * 10'x10'x10' minimum performance space * Electricity * Internet connection/Wi-Fi * Representative to be reception and administrative liaison to the Host * Secure nearby parking * Nerve and/or audacity YOU WILL NOT NEED: * TV/Video monitors * P.A. system w/ microphone * Actual talent Afternoon and evening timeslots available. Local (B'ham, AL and surrounding areas) only unless with approved distance and/or lodging add-on(s). TERMS & CONDITIONS
APPEARANCE/ENTERTAINMENT/ACTIVITY SERVICE SESSIONS 1. Payment Terms: The Client shall pay the Entertainer's fee in full prior to the scheduled performance date. Payments are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Entertainer reserves the right to retain the full payment as liquidated damages. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled performance date. 3. Safety and Liability: The Entertainer shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the Client, guests, or third parties during the performance. The Client shall ensure a safe and secure environment for the Entertainer and his equipment. 4. Equipment and Vehicle: The Entertainer's equipment and vehicle are essential to the performance. The Client shall not be liable for any damages or losses to the equipment or vehicle, unless caused by the Client's negligence or willful misconduct. 5. Travel and Accommodation: The Client shall reimburse the Entertainer for reasonable travel and accommodation expenses, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6. Performance Details: The Entertainer reserves the right to modify the performance details, including the schedule, content, and duration, due to unforeseen circumstances. 7. Intellectual Property: The Entertainer retains all intellectual property rights to his performances, including music, choreography, and other creative elements. 8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that particular State/Country. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration. 9. Entire Agreement/Acknowledgement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Entertainer and the Client. By paying for the performance, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
